Please note that this method will replace all the existing data on your iPhone with the backup you choose, so that you’d better think over whether to recover or not. If you have some important data created after your last sync, you will lose that part of data after restoring from previous backup.

For iCloud Backup:

If you choose to recover from iCloud backup, you have to reset your iPhone to factory settings and then restore from backup.

Step 1: Tap Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings on your iPhone to reset it to factory settings. After that, your iPhone will restart automatically.

Step 2: Set up your iPhone with screen prompts after the restart unless you see “Apps&Data” screen. And don’t forget to connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi during the process.
